Transporting Quality Management
Description: The discipline involves the study of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on quality management of services. The principles of assessing the quality of transport services, the essence of quality, quality elements, quality indicators are considered. The classification of quality costs, methods of collecting and processing information for analyzing quality costs, methods of determining costs, and the economic efficiency of quality management are studied.

Goal
- The purpose of studying the discipline is the knowledge of approaches to quality management, the use of statistical methods of quality control, the definition of indicators of the quality of transport services, the determination of costs for improving the quality of management and organization of transport.
Objective
- Familiarization with the general principles of assessing the quality of transport services; the main regulatory documents for the quality management of the cargo and passenger delivery process; quality control methods in the field of transportation and traffic management.
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
- To know the main regulatory documents of quality management of the process of cargo and passenger delivery, to apply various methods of quality control in the field of transportation and traffic management.
Learning outcome: applying knowledge and understanding
- Be able to apply regulatory documents of quality management of transport services to assess the effectiveness of transport systems; be able to use international standards developed by the International Standards Organization (ISO) ISO 9000.
Learning outcome: formation of judgments
- Possession of a set of knowledge about the theoretical foundations of quality management of transport services, about the tasks, functions, principles of quality management; use of various tools, forms and methods of quality assessment.

- As a result of studying the discipline, the student must combine deep professional training with the ability to apply and implement fundamentally new scientific, industrial and organizational solutions for assessing and improving the quality of transport services at the modern level.

- Acquisition of skills in modern methods of improving the quality of transport services, the ability to use information technology in the field of professional activity.
