Description: The discipline is aimed at studying the principles of operation, design and effective use of equipment used in post-harvest processing, storage and processing of agricultural products. The goal is to train specialists who are able to competently select and operate equipment, ensuring high-quality processing and minimal product losses. During the training, the skills of technical analysis, evaluation of the effectiveness and maintenance of equipment, as well as competencies in the field of engineering and technological support of agro-industrial processes are formed.
