Mechanization of drainage and ventilation in mining enterprises
Description: The discipline studies the technical means and methods used to ensure drainage and ventilation in underground and open-pit mining. The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of design, selection and operation of equipment for drainage and ventilation systems, taking into account mining and geological conditions, safety and efficiency requirements. In the process of mastering the course, professional competencies are formed related to the application of regulatory documentation, the calculation of pumping and ventilation system parameters, and the selection of rational mechanization schemes. As a result of studying the discipline, the student is able to justify the choice of equipment, perform engineering calculations, develop drainage and ventilation schemes that ensure safe and stable mining conditions.
