Statistical Analysis and Processing of Experimental Data
Description: The discipline is devoted to the study of various methods of processing biomedical signals and data. It discusses methods of data presentation, statistical methods of experimental data processing. Much attention is paid to the classification of multidimensional observations. The problem of pattern recognition is considered and various recognition methods and their applications for the tasks of automatic analysis of biomedical signals are analyzed in detail. Various classes of biomedical signals and methods of their processing at various stages are considered: preprocessing, digital filtering, shape recognition, syntactic classification of biosignals.
