Description: The discipline covers the principles of heat transfer and their application in thermal equipment of metallurgy. The processes of heat and mass transfer in technological systems are studied, including flows with moving phases, methods of mathematical modeling of thermal engineering devices, as well as calculation and selection of energy sources, refractory and structural materials, gas cleaning systems.
