Education
In 1996 graduated from East Kazakhstan State University on specialty “Chemistry”.
In December 2001 entered a day - time aspirancy on specialty 02.00.01 "Inorganic chemistry” in East Kazakhstan State University named after Amanzholov.
On june30, 2005 - she defended her thesis “Diverse –ligand complexes in the system of Zn (II)-dipyridinium isomes-chelate” in candidacy of chemical sciences for a degree.
 Seniority and experience
In September 1994 she was taken on the position of senior laboratory assistant of the Analytical and General chemistry sub-department of Amanzholov University.
In September 2000 took the position of trainee-researcher of Analytical and General chemistry sub-department.
From 2005 till 2007 Seraya worked at the Analytical and General chemistry sub-department as a teacher.
Since 2008 Natalya Seraya has worked in East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after Serikbayev at the Analytical and General chemistry sub-department as a senior teacher, associate professor.
