Design of recreational areas

The architectural student community of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University actively contributes to the development of sustainable urban environments through innovative design projects. Every year, students develop architectural and landscape concepts aimed at improving public spaces in Ust-Kamenogorsk and the East Kazakhstan Region, addressing contemporary challenges in urban planning and environmental sustainability.

Student projects include the design of recreational areas, parks, pedestrian spaces, sports facilities, transport interchanges, and multifunctional public spaces that enhance the quality of urban life. These initiatives integrate sustainable design principles, green infrastructure, accessibility, and modern landscape architecture, creating comfortable, inclusive, and environmentally friendly spaces for the community.
