EcoPlast is a student startup by the EKTU Enactus team aimed at developing and implementing environmentally sustainable solutions for plastic waste management. The project is based on three plastic recycling concepts and specializes in transforming plastic caps into original gift packaging and souvenir products.
The development helps reduce plastic pollution and promotes the principles of a circular economy by turning everyday waste into useful goods. The initiative has already received support from the business community: through a partnership with "BIOTOP" LLP, the startup utilizes professional plastic melting equipment, allowing the team to refine their technology on a real production line.
The project provides students with the opportunity to practically study environmental innovations, hone manufacturing skills, and develop entrepreneurial thinking. EcoPlast demonstrates how a creative approach to recycling can effectively solve environmental challenges and create market-demanded products.
