Annually in D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university fair of experts takes place which has traditionally good results. This spring took part 88 large industrial enterprises (five of them are the participants of GPFIIR projects realization in region), establishments and area and republic organizations, and also more than 1000 graduates of this year.
Opening "Fair of experts of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university - 2014" Rector of university, Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, academician of NIA RK, the corresponding member of NAN RK Nurlan Temirbekov noted that efficiency of carrying out this action long ago estimated not only by students and graduates, but also by enterprises and employers. Annually fair brings together representatives over 70 enterprises, this year their number considerably increased also as for graduates. And as it became clear, good and qualified experts always are demanded!
– Last year the regional branch of our company - "Vostokgeology" was formed, – said the director of regional branch JSC “Kazgeologiya” Rauf Gubaidullin – We need experts of this area, and we declared a big set among graduates of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university. We already have experts working in our company who graduated this university five or seven years ago and we can only give positive comments about them.
Kolesnikova Tatyana is the graduate of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university, now she is a manager of sector of assessment and development of the personnel of the department of work with personnel LTD. “U-K Armaturny factory”. As Tatyana notes, since 2000, 125 graduates only of mechanical engineering department of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university became employees of this industrial giant.
– Such actions are very productive, – said Tatyana about annual "Fair of experts". – It is real chance for the student graduate to find a job on the serious enterprise.
Besides organizations of our region also representatives of Alma-Ata, Astana, Kurchatov companies took part in fair. For example “Dinamix Technologies’ company (Astana) was for the first time at "Fair of experts of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university». Anastassia Gross – marketing specialist noted that she was very impressed by event scales.
– We invite students of 3 and 4 courses to field trip on the basis of our company, – she said. – It is fine opportunity not only to gain practical knowledge and skills directly at the certified specialists of the company but also to realize professional aspirations in IT sphere and to get a perspective and highly paid job.
The opinion of the organization and carrying out fair was stated also by young specialists. The student of mining and metallurgical faculty of D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan state technical university Evgenia Skurnyagina who in this year graduates higher education institution took part in this fair and got great pleasure with result of this fair.
– Such actions are very productive, – she said. – It is very convenient to have a talk with representatives of several organizations interesting you at once, preliminary to sign the contract on employment and then having got diploma, to come and work for this enterprise.
Such form of work suits all. Fair took place fruitfully, as a result 30 contracts on employment, 153 contracts on intention were signed, and many graduates were invited to interview in the organizations and the enterprises who participated in this fair. That constitutes about excellent indicator!
