D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University holds a Geologist's Day dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Academician Kanysh Satpayev.
In the solemn part, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Konurbayeva Zh.T., Dean of the School of Earth Sciences Rakhymberdina M.E., Representatives of Geos LLP, MARALICHA-GOLD GRC LLP, Kazzinc LLP will make welcoming speeches.
Professor M.A. Misernaya will talk about the tradition of initiation into geologists.
As part of the Geologist's Day, the dedication of students of the educational program "Geology and exploration of MPI" of the 1st year to geologists will be held.
The event will be attended by students and faculty of the School of Earth Sciences.
