Polish-American Freedom Fund (the sponsor of the program) and Polish-American Fullbright commission (the program administrator)announce the open contest for the candidates from Ukraine, Byelorussia, Russia and Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for getting Lane Kirkland scholarships in 2010/2011 year.
The program is for young leaders with high education, interested in the growth of democracy, economy and civil society in his/her country and region.
During the program scholarship holders study at high institutions of Poland (2 terms) and 2-4 weeks of probation at state establishments or private organizations.
Deadline for filling application: March 15, 2010 .
