- This President's Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan corresponds to the most important and actual problems of the people and the country. As noted the President Nursultan Nazarbayev, today the whole world is living in the conditions of economic crisis. Speaking about difficult period that the whole world is going through, the President accented that the difficulties of the current period are not only dangerous, but also it is new opportunities for the country and its citizens - noted Zhassulan Kudaibergenovich.
He drew attention to the four basic concepts from the Address. There are: Strategy of "Kazakhstan - 2050", common national idea "Mangilik el", "Twenty Steps to a Society of Universal Labor", Plan of the nation "100 concrete steps for realization of the five institutional reforms", and also anti-crisis strategy that contains five specific measures.
- The President's Address touched upon a number of issues relating to the development of education, training of qualified staff for the country's economy - said Zhassulan Kudaibergenovich - We are talking of the basic technical training on the free of charge base. This decision is timely: young people can learn, and manufacturers do not have to hire unprepared workers or pay to foreign workers.
Then he moved to the questions of the implementation of the basic provisions of the Address of Kazakhstan President and anti-crisis strategy of the Address in relation to the university. On the basis of the President's Address to the staff of the university sets specific objectives. Determined 2 stages of realization of the Address: 1) an explanation of the contents of the Address "Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform, development" (December 2015 - January 2016) and 2) realization of the basic provisions of the Address (February-December 2016).
The university has all the possibilities for successful implementation of the objects. Higher College under the University will begin work with the new academic year and in the future due to the graduates of this college will increase the number of university students. He noted that the program "Serpіn" in the next year is expected to admit students from regions with excess working resource.
Rector of the University Zhasulan Shaimardanov noted that the social policy of the University also provides tangible results. In November, the wages of workers of the University has grown substantially: Deans - 30%, deputy deans - 25%, head of sub-departments - 43%. At the same time he said that the wage supplements have to be differentiated - they must depend on the KPI of every employee. Everything is aimed at improving the quality of life.
Participants of the meeting of the Academic Council accepted the project decision: to approve an action plan to explanation and realization of the President's Address to the Nation "Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform, development" and fully supported the objectives of the new President's Address.
