Within the framework of Vocational Guidance Work with young people, the Faculty of Engineering held Open Doors Day. More than 400 future graduates of rural and city schools took part in the event. This, which has become a good tradition at the faculty, the event always helps applicants to choose the future profession, introduces the university and gives full information about the order of admission.

During the meeting, the guests were shown a film about the Engineering Faculty. Dean of the Faculty, Michael Dudkin, told about the Faculty’s structure, academic staff, achievements in scientific, creative and sports life, upcoming events and international cooperation. And students of Engineering Faculty performed concert program.

Also, the Open Doors Day was visited by representatives of BIPEK Auto and Asia Auto.

In the end, for the entrants and their parents, excursions through the main educational building, laboratories and the museum "Big Altai", where they were able to get acquainted with all the advantages of studying at our university were organized. Separately, the Engineering Faculty’s educational building was presented, where the conditions concerning not only education, but also extracurricular life of students are implemented at the high level.
