Based on the decision of the Contest Commission (Minutes No. 2 dated January 19, 2026), the title “EKTU Best Employee of the Month” for December 2025 has been awarded to Erbolat Zhomartovich Mashaev, Second Category Engineer of the Support and Information Technologies Office of the Information Technologies Department.
The high appraisal of his professional activity is granted for his high level of professional competence, initiative, and conscientious performance of official duties, including the rapid development and launch, at the request of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, of the website for the national AI-Sana ecosystem aimed at accelerating projects in the field of AI entrepreneurship and AI programming; for ensuring the effective operation and development of the official VKU website and strategically important web resources of the university that contribute to enhancing its image and positions in national and international rankings; as well as for active participation in the public life of the university and contribution to achieving VKU’s strategic goals.
Erbolat Zhomartovich Mashaev has been awarded a Certificate of Honor and a one-time monetary reward (bonus) in the amount of 50% of his official salary within the established payroll fund.
