We bring to your attention, that in connection with approval of new Strategic Development Program of " EKTU named after D. Serikbayev" for 2023-2025 years (approved by the Board of Directors 26.01.2023, protocol № 1) and updating of the Mission and Vision of the University was revised "Quality Policy and Quality Assurance of "EKTU named after Serikbayev".
Received favorable reviews from employers, approved at the meeting of the Coordinating Council for Integrated Management System (protocol № 3 of 28.02.2022).

Recall that today's world requires the education system to improve its approaches to the problem of systemic quality assurance in education. EKTU named after D. Serikbayev actively develops its internal quality assurance system in accordance with the criteria of European standards - ESG, which allows ensuring the advanced training of our graduates.
The system of internal quality assurance allows monitoring of quality of teaching and students' knowledge, effective management of the university, ensuring high level of graduates' employment, academic mobility, opening new modern educational programs of training specialists for the labor market, and making scientific and technological breakthrough. In addition, the system promotes the expansion of international relations and in general increases the recognition of the university in the world. It is precisely the developed system of internal quality assurance that helps the university to respond flexibly to the needs of the labor market and the demands of the society.
The system of internal quality assurance at EKTU named after D. Serikbayev operates within an integrated management system, including the quality management system (ISO 9001) and anti-corruption management system (ISO 37001), which passed an international certification.
