Within the framework of preliminary agreement the visit of representatives of the American Councils for International Education took place.
Visit’s purpose is evaluation of readiness level of Kazakhstan universities to the partnership with US universities, selection of universities for further virtual training, conducting of the seminars with representatives of US universities, preparing methodological guidelines for creating partnership programs based on data collected during the survey and visits to the universities.

During bilateral meeting the important issues such as participation of EKSTU in the project of American Council for International Education; internationalization of Kazakhstan universities within the framework of the concept of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for “Formation of Kazakhstan as HAB for Science and Education” were discussed.

Delegation also visited scientific laboratories of the university.
