Webometrics rating results were published.

This rating annually 2 times (in January, July) evaluates universities for the development of digitalization and the openness of their information resources. EKTU named after D. Serikbayev for the second year in a row in January holds the 6th place among 130 universities of the country.

In July of this year, we improved our result compared with July 2021 (7th place), taking 6th place among 132 universities in the country. Among 31376 ranked universities of the world, our university took 4738th place.

The modern scientific infrastructure that allows us to carry out research at the world level helps us to maintain our positions in the rankings. The annual growth of publications in indexed journals, the increase in the h-index of our academic staff confirm this.

This rating is aimed at improving the web policy of the universities of the world, promoting the idea of ​​open access to knowledge, expanding the web presence of the university, transparency of activities that should provide access to high-quality electronic publications, including the availability of scientific publications of scientists.
