Project abstract
As of today, improving the energy efficiency of the fine grinding process is one of the pressing issues in many industries (mining, chemical, food, construction, etc.). The main problem in the field of fine grinding lies in the high energy consumption of the grinding process when producing fine grinding products. This is due to the increase in the strength of the particles of the material being processed during grinding, which requires a significant increase in energy expenditure to break them. As a result of high energy consumption, achieving the required fineness of grinding becomes challenging during the fine grinding process.

2024 |
An analysis of known designs of fine grinding mills on the market was conducted, along with a patent analysis. An examination of existing methods of destructive impact was carried out, as well as an analysis of research on fine material grinding. A review and analysis of existing grinding theories were performed. A new method for fine material grinding was developed, along with a mathematical model of the fine grinding process. Design, technological, and operational documentation was created, and a prototype of the fine material grinding mill was manufactured. |
2025 |
Planned activities include conducting experimental research, publishing an article in an international scientific journal indexed in the Scopus database (with a percentile of at least 50), and publishing two articles or reviews in a peer-reviewed foreign or domestic publication recommended by the authorized body.
