The relevance of the innovative program is justified by the need to train seismologists to prevent the consequences of emergencies, leading employees of the National Scientific Center for Seismological Observations and Research of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Emergency Situations of the East Kazakhstan region and the Department of Academic Activities of the EKTU.

The purpose of the educational program:

Graduate training for industrial, technological, design, organizational, managerial and experimental research activities in the field of modern methods of seismological research and technosphere safety based on information and GIS technologies, as well as energy-saving and environmentally friendly techniques and technologies.

Chief Seismologist, Senior Seismologist, Engineer Seismologist, Prospector Geologist, Geophysicist, Specialist Seismologist, Seismologist Technician.

• Organization of primary information for obtaining secondary seismograms;
