Active career guidance work among graduates of secondary schools (grades 9-10) of the East Kazakhstan region by the faculty of the department "Kazakh and Russian languages" plays a major role in recruiting a contingent of students for the academic year.

The teachers of the department go to career guidance events in city, district schools, inform about schools and specialties, help with the choice of a specialty, acquaint school students with a multi-level education system, with the possibilities of future employment.
