Return from academic leave

To issue an order, you must provide the original documents to the SSC:

• a handwritten application;
• a certificate from the VKK on the state of health from the healthcare organization that observed the patient, with a conclusion on the possibility of continuing education in this specialty;
• a copy of the military ID;
• a copy of the birth certificate (adoption of a child).
