Operational and economic Department

Operational and economic Department (ECHO) is a structural unit of the production and economic Department of  EKSTU. ECHO in its activities is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulations on the production and economic Department of EKSTU, normative documents of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and orders for the University.

 The main tasks of the operational and economic Department:

  • Economic, material and social services of the University and its departments in accordance with the applications and work schedule.
  • Operation and maintenance of the University buildings at the minimum cost of money, material resources and labor.
  • Perform tasks to ensure the safety of  buildings and premises and ensure the smooth operation of utilities and electrical networks.
  • Accounting and write-off of inventory.
  • Accounting of buildings, constructions and land plots, issuance of technical information the statistical Department, the accounting Department.
  • Creation of normal conditions for work and rest of  University employees.

The main functions of the operational and economic Department:

  • Maintenance of buildings and premises of the University and their maintenance in good condition in accordance with the current sanitary and fire regulations.
  • Control of serviceability of engineering equipment.
  • Works on improvement, gardening and cleaning of the territory, festive decoration of facades of buildings, entrance, etc.
  • Execution of documents necessary for the conclusion of contracts for the purchase of equipment, furniture, household goods, the organization of their acceptance and accounting.
  • Ensuring the safety of furniture, household equipment, taking measures to restore and repair them in cases of damage.
  • Preparation of calculations for economic, social and material maintenance of the University.
  • Providing structural units with inventory, furniture, household goods, keeping records of their expenditure.
