“Theatre Gives Us the Joy of Victory!” — under this slogan, first-year students revisited the glorious and heroic pages of our history, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War and the 100th anniversary of the birth of our distinguished fellow countryman, soldier Kumash Nurgaliyev. Among the invited guests were the university administration and the Chairman of the Veterans Council of EKTU, L.S. Sergienko.
The audience was presented with the theatrical performances “The Sniper’s Heart – Aliya Moldagulova,” “The Last Battle of Manshuk Mametova,” a staged performance of the song “Ogonyok,” the history of the song “Smuglyanka,” and a poetry session titled “Poetry Scorched by War.”
