Recently, the motorization of the Republic of Kazakhstan has increased rapidly. Consequently, this has led to the need to ensure road safety at a new modern level. Improving road safety has become an extremely relevant socio -economic problem. Criminal administrative and civil law measures are of great importance in improving road safety. Administrative and judicial investigation of road accident criminal cases requires the use of specialized technical knowledge. This covers the entire set of interacting elements of the driver-car-road- system, which are the basis of the road traffic process. One of the ways to reduce the number of road accidents is to train road literacy and culture of people, road users, and drivers of vehicles.
Statistics show that about 90% road accidents with victims occur in typical, recurring road traffic situations where vehicle drivers make mistakes. Consequently, the study of the Traffic Regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the relevant educational institutions should be supplemented by educational training, the study of erroneous actions of drivers of transport in specific road transport situations. All this will ensure that drivers develop the right road behaviour skills and good driving techniques.
Purpose: development of additional professional competencies in the field of transport process management and distribution of material flows.
