The International scientific-practical online conference "Kazakh khanate is 550 years old: historical experience and modernity" was in D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan state technical university. The initiators of this conference organized Honorary department of "Kazakhstan's way and N. Nazarbayev" of Altai state University, the Assembly of Kazakhstan People of East Kazakhstan region, Public state establishment "House of friendship-center of public consent" of the Akimat of East Kazakhstan region and D.Serikbayev EKSTU.
Representatives of authority, scientists, public figures of culture of Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of national cultural centers of Altai region and Barnaul, society, students - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan studying in universities of Altai region took part in the conference.
- Our nations were joined not only by total territory but also the collectivity of fate when together carried over hardships of severe time -rector of EKSTU Nurlan Temirbekov noticed welcoming the participants of the conference. - Russia also takes special place in the politics of modern Kazakhstan. Over the time of past decennary there has been a steady dynamics of relations in all areas of strategic partnership including cultural-humanitarian and joint participation of scientists in the work of this international conference confirms its position.
In the framework of the conference a wide range of issues were discussed related to methodological approaches and common problems of the theory of Eurasian nomads statehood, formation and evolution of the Kazakh khanate in the medieval period, the analysis of the geopolitical area of Central Asia and its role in the genesis of the Kazakh khanate and the ethnogenesis problems of the Kazakh people in Kazakh statehood formation. Issues of national policy of the Russian Empire concerning the traditional Kazakh society, the development of the independent Kazakhstan and its integration into the global international expansion were not remained without attention.
