According to the decision of the Competition Commission (Minutes No. 6 dated May 12, 2026), the title “Best Employee of the Month of D. Serikbayev EKTU” for April 2026 was awarded to Sergey Sergeevich Lutay, Senior Lecturer of the School of Earth Sciences.
The high recognition of his professional activity was awarded in connection with receiving the state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan — the “Eren Enbegi Ushin” Medal by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, for his many years of fruitful scientific and pedagogical work, significant contribution to the training of qualified specialists, development of scientific research and implementation of modern technologies, as well as for his active scientific and educational activities, participation in research projects, preparation of students for national academic competitions, and contribution to the development of applied science.
Sergey Sergeevich Lutay was awarded a Certificate of Honor and a one-time monetary reward (bonus) in the amount of 50% of his official salary within the established payroll fund.
