Based on the decision of the Competition Commission (Protocol No. 1 dated December 09, 2025), the title “EKTU Employee of the Month” for November 2025 has been awarded to Zukhra Ablkasymovna Espolova, Senior Lecturer of the School of architecture, civil engineering and energy.
The high evaluation of professional performance was granted for demonstrated professional competence and outstanding work capacity, including a high level of teaching excellence and professionalism in training specialists of TauKen Samruk JSC in the field of computer modeling; for active cooperation with the East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Talent Development and Supplementary Education “DARYN” in identifying and developing gifted children; as well as for expert participation in the Republican Forum of Professional Excellence by Industry Sectors among teachers of technical, vocational, and post-secondary education institutions in cooperation with employers.
Zukhra Ablkasymovna Espolova has been awarded a Certificate of Honor and a one-time monetary bonus amounting to 50% of her official salary, within the limits of the approved payroll fund.
