Senior lecturers of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Socio-Political Disciplines at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (EKTU)G.Z. Kapassova, S.A. Linok, and Zh.A. Sadvakasova — have been awarded Letters of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in recognition of their significant contribution to the country's public and political life.

The faculty members played an active role in explaining the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the nationwide public consultation process. As experts and speakers, they participated in numerous public dialogue platforms, meetings with labor collectives, civil servants, and local communities, providing clear and professional explanations of the key constitutional changes and reforms.

Their efforts contributed to improving citizens' legal awareness, fostering a well-informed understanding of the constitutional reforms, and strengthening public dialogue.

In recognition of their professionalism, active civic engagement, and outstanding contribution to public awareness initiatives, G.Z. Kapassova, S.A. Linok, and Zh.A. Sadvakasova were presented with Letters of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
