The meeting between professor from Montanuniversität Leoben (Austria) and university’s leadership took place in D. Serikbayev EKSTU. The delegation included Vice-Rector for Infrastructure and International Relations, Director of the Institute of Mining, Professor Peter Moser; Director of the Institute of Metallurgy, Professor Jürgen Antrekowitsch; Lecturer of the Department of Geology and Mineralogy Gustav Hanke.

Parties discussed cooperation issues in the field of “Metallurgy” and “Geology and Mining,” and familiarized with research basis of the university.

Also, guests visited LLP “Kazzinc” (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Maleyev mine (Zyryanovsk), and Museum of Educational Center (Zyryanovsk).
