National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC announces the launch of the program for developing young specialists "Izbasar". The goal of the program is to accelerate the development and nurturing of young professionals among university graduates of 2018, 2019 and 2020. The program includes 3 rotations of 5 months each in the Kazatomprom group of companies, inter-rotational training and work with individual mentors from among experienced leaders and the best experts in the nuclear industry.

The "Izbasar" Program provides for a young specialist a monthly salary, a reward for good results on the basis of rotation, training, payment for travel and accommodation during the program, as well as employment if it is successfully completed.

Mandatory requirements for candidates:

  • citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • completion of an undergraduate or graduate programs in 2018, 2019, or 2020
  • geographic mobility
