The School of Architecture and Construction announces a competition for the modernization of student dormitory No. 3 of D. Serikbayev EKTU to improve the living conditions, study, work and leisure of students.
Form a vision for the organization of a typical residential floor, taking into account the cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness of the design solution, the possibility of implementation in the shortest possible time. When designing, it is necessary to take into account the results of a questionnaire survey.
The competition task is to develop a project for the modernization of a student dormitory based on combinations of social activity zones and residential zones, fulfilling the following conditions:
- Propose a scheme of functional zoning of the hostel and residential floor.
- Develop a project for a typical residential floor with the preservation of capacity and the study of the interiors of social activity zones;
- Design living cells for students with interior design.
