EKTU Participates in the Charity Campaign “Let’s Get a Child Ready for School”

D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (EKTU) took an active part in the charity campaign “Let’s Get a Child Ready for School”, organised by the Women’s Wing of the East Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the Amanat Party.

Ahead of the new academic year, school backpacks containing stationery sets and sweet gifts were presented to children from socially vulnerable families.

The “Let’s Get a Child Ready for School” campaign has been held annually since 2010 at the initiative of the Amanat Party, within the framework of the “Baqytty Otbasy” (“Happy Family”) party project. Its main goal is to support children from socially vulnerable groups, orphans, and children with special needs.

For EKTU, participation in such initiatives represents an important step in fulfilling its social mission — to nurture the younger generation and support families in the region.

Such projects not only unite society around the values of kindness and compassion but also enable the university to make a tangible contribution to building a fair, sustainable, and prosperous future for Kazakhstan.
