Meeting between EKSTU students and deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kuralai Karakenova and Gleb Shegelskiy, took place in the main educational building. The event was participated by the EKSTU’s rector, Zhassulan Shaimardanov; Vice-Councelor of the Educational Building of Humanitarian Faculties of the “Nur Otan party,” deputy of Oskemen Maslikhat, Mairash Ekibasov; Vice-rector for Academic Affairs, Saule Rakhmetullina; and Vice-rector for Research and Innovations, Oleg Gavrilenko. During the meeting, the issues of the implementation of the 5 social initiatives of the Head of the State were discussed.

The Deputy of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gleb Shegelskiy, delivered a welcoming speech to students.

e noted that 3rd initiative of the Head of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N. Nazarbayev, for youth is the most important and relevant.

In turn, Deputy of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kuralai Karakenova, addressed the students of the university:

- You are the support that the older generation now hopes, - she said

The meeting was held in the form of a dialogue, during which young people could ask questions of their interest.
