A meeting between representatives of the Women's Wing of the “AMANAT” Party and young scientists of East Kazakhstan took place at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (EKTU). The event gathered young researchers from EKTU, S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University, Kazakh-American Free University (KAFU), as well as employees from the Ulba Metallurgical Plant.

Participants were introduced to EKTU’s scientific centers and its scientific and technological potential.

The official part of the event was opened by EKTU Rector Saule Rakhmetullina, a member of the Women's Wing of the “AMANAT” Party in the East Kazakhstan region.

Among the honored guests were Member of the Mazhilis (Lower House of Parliament) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vera Kim, Chair of the East Kazakhstan Regional Branch of the “AMANAT” Party, Sairangul Zhumadilova, Head of the Women’s Wing, Zarina Aidarkhanqyzy

The event also featured young scientists, who presented their research projects to the audience.

During discussions with representatives from industrial enterprises, attention was given to the role of vocational and technical professions in strengthening the country’s economic potential — a highly relevant topic in the Year of Skilled Trades. MP Vera Kim highlighted several challenges related to this area and emphasized the importance of addressing them.

The event concluded with a ceremonial induction of women working in industrial professions into the “AMANAT” Party. This initiative aims to strengthen the role of women in industry and increase their societal visibility and recognition.

Overall, the event served as a platform for constructive dialogue, bringing together science, industry, and political engagement. Its outcomes will undoubtedly contribute to the technological and intellectual development of the country.
