The Center of Competence and Technology Transfer in the field of Water Management and Water use (CC&TT in the field of WMW) was created to train bachelors in the EP "Water resources and water use" and undergraduates in the EP "Water Supply and Sewerage".
The center is a platform for students to perform practical and laboratory work, master's work on modern production and technological equipment.
Practice-oriented training of students and undergraduates will allow them to form professional competencies that are in demand among potential employers in the water sector in the areas of "Water resources management", "Water supply and sanitation" and "Housing and communal services", and will also allow graduates to work successfully in their chosen field of activity and be stable in the labor market.
Employees of the Center carry out research and development work, conduct advanced training courses in the field of specialization of the Center.
The areas of research are: research in the field of natural water treatment and wastewater treatment; research in the field of precipitation conditioning; technical inspection of internal engineering systems; technical and technological inspection of water supply and sewerage facilities; research in the field of agricultural water use; scientific research in the field of integrated water resources management.
